Eligibility and Enrollment Assistant

1-3 Years of Experience Required
Works as a member of the eligibility and enrollment team, promoting the mission and philosophy of the organization.
Assists in the monthly audits for all locations.
Maintains eligibility and enrollment records using both computerized and manual record keeping systems.
Inputs and verifies eligibility and enrollment information on program applications and supporting documents using the designated information system.
Work closely with their supervisor to identify and fill enrollment openings at sites.
Assist in providing training to department staff to ensure compliance with State Regulations and Standards as necessary

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
