The Role We're searching for a high-energy, relentless Sales Rockstar who is hungry, passionate, and ready to sell our desserts at the Los Altos Farmers' Market every Thursday from 3:
30 PM - 8:
30 PM.
Our pay structure is wholly commission-based, designed to acknowledge and reward your sales achievements directly and immediately.
Every sale counts, everyone is a potential customer, and every success is yours.
Responsibilities Selling delicious plant-based desserts that are changing the industry.
Proactively offering samples and passionately communicating the benefits of our desserts.
Passionately outlining the unique benefits of our desserts to potential customers.
Energetically promoting and pulling in potential customers all day.
Swiftly processing cash & card transactions.
Performing market set-up and tear down.
Ideal Candidate Unquenchably ambitious and resilient - this position is not for the faint-hearted or laid-back.
Skilled at captivating crowds and enticing potential customers.
Proactive and personable, with a knack for grabbing attention and drawing people in.
Able to handle rejection with grace and a smile, keeping composure under pressure.
